I got it cheap, so I tried it out.
It has that springy, bouncy feel typical of high-elasticity rubbers, while still giving the speed you'd expect from a rock-hard sponge.
Spin performance is plenty good, but it might be tough to use on the backhand.
Your swing ends up needing to lift the ball almost perpendicular to the table, which could give you some odd habits.
On the forehand it's totally usable.
That said, there's stuff like Vega Europe in the same price range, so I'm not sure how it really compares…

I'd say this is VICTAS's top rubber.
I've also used the Limber, but I'd recommend the Extra much more.
Serves spin well and pushes/receives are easy to do.
That said, forehand drives and chiquita take some getting used to — if you hit the way you normally would, the ball won't clear the net, so swing faster than usual.

    User review

    Bought the blue sponge version
The amount of spin is shocking
After it bounces on the opponent's side, it just plummets straight down toward the floor (lol)
Serves are also easy to do, so I'd recommend it to beginners too, and everyone knows it's the champion rubber that a lot of pro players use.
The short game in particular is godly
I wouldn't recommend it for the backhand side

I expected it to fly in proportion to my swing like the Neo 3, but because of the half-baked tension technology built into it, the ball comes out slower than expected on its own.
It also grips less than the Neo 3.
About the only good point is that blocks and flat hits land reasonably well.

  • V>15 Limber

    User review

It feels like a softer version of the Extra - if the ball doesn't sink into the sponge, it drops. So it's more of a manual-type rubber than an auto-type one.
That said, if you do get the ball to sink into the sponge, you can produce a spinny, low-arcing shot. Compared to the Extra, the nice thing about the Limber is that it still sinks in even with a slower swing speed.
If you're just starting out, I think it's good to try them in this order:
    V15 Limber → V15 Stiff → V11 Extra → V15 Extra
