This racket is seriously good! I switched from the Innerforce ALC, and at first it was a little too powerful, but once I got used to it, my counters and backspin shots became much faster, and I was able to score more points.
For rubber, thick rubber on both sides is the most stable. For the forehand, slightly tacky or tacky rubber is recommended.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I purchased the FL 90g version. I switched from a 5-ply wood racket, and initially, the most striking feature was the sheer power, but I quickly got used to it after a week. I would recommend this racket to anyone looking for power, even those who previously used inner carbon or wood rackets. Butterfly's ALC series is suitable for a wide range of players. The Fan Zhendong ALC combines the power of outer carbon with the flexibility of ALC, resulting in an exceptional feel.
The only downside to this racket is that it might be difficult for beginners to handle; otherwise, it's a truly excellent racket. The design is also cool.
As for suitable rubbers, since it's a Butterfly racket, Butterfly's Grazer, Tenergy, Dig series, and even some German tension rubbers would work well. I wouldn't recommend extremely fast rubbers, but they might improve once you get used to them... basically, anything should work.
My current rubbers are V20 Double Extra MAX on the forehand and Hybrid MK MAX on the backhand. I hope this is helpful.
