This is an outer club with a very gentle impact point. You can feel the ball gripping firmly, but it doesn't hold too much like wood, and it doesn't have the vague impact feel of an inner club. It feels like it eliminates the difficulty of an outer club, which flies away before you can hit it unless you have the swing speed! I love it!
