This is a very mild-feeling outer-carbon blade. You can really feel it grip the ball, but it doesn't hold onto it too long like an all-wood blade, and the feel isn't vague like an inner-carbon either. It feels like it takes away that classic outer-carbon problem where the ball flies off before you can put spin on it unless your swing is fast enough. I like this a lot!

I bought this as my main blade, and it's a really easy-to-use outer blade. Personally I'd call it a spin-oriented blade. I really recommend it.

Compared to Company B's Matsuken, this is, frankly, a completely different animal.
By comparison, Company B's Matsuken feels like a speed-focused blade — no matter what rubber you put on it, the ball leaves the surface immediately, and there's no sense of grip at all.
This blade, by contrast, holds the ball well.
The grip is also considerably thicker than Company B's Matsuken — holding it feels about as thick as andro's Timber 7 (comparing flared grips).
For Company B, it's about as thick as the Ma Long 7.
Basically, hit balls tend to come out upward, and hitting against backspin is stable too.
Drives also felt easier to put spin on than other companies' inner blades (Company B's Innerforce series, Company a's Treiber series).
I think that's because the thickness and hardness of the plies match up well.
For blocks and counters, it depends on how much power is behind your opponent's shot, but there's a real sense of gripping the ball, which feels great too.
The feel on contact is close to ZLC, and it's characterized by a high-pitched sound.
The hardest technique to pull off is over the table — stops in particular tend to pop up, so it takes practice.
The blade is also lightweight, so I can recommend it to users across the board.
It's worth picking up and trying at least once.

First, my conclusion: I felt this is an outer blade with a harder feel on contact and different control characteristics compared to Tamas's ALC.

What stands out is the feel on contact.
ALC's characteristic feel is a soft "poshu" or "mosa" sound — or, to put it less kindly, a muffled feel.
The MK Carbon had a hard, crisp "kachi" or "paki" feel on contact.
If anything, the feel leans closer to ZLC, but it feels like the sensation on contact resonates all the way up to your hand.
The ball-holding feel is also distinctive, and I felt it holds the ball as well as, or even better than, ALC.

I also felt it has its own character in terms of distance and control.
It does fly a good distance, but thanks to the gripping feel, spin brings the ball back down onto the table.
Compared to ZLC, it doesn't fly quite as far, but I think the control is better.
Also, compared to ALC, I felt spin was easier to generate, so drives and similar shots landed on the table well and felt easy to control.

Overall verdict
— People who aren't fond of ALC's feel but find something as fast-flying as ZLC hard to handle
— People new to outer blades
— People who want a blade where they can feel the flex
— People who want something on the lighter side (average 84g)

I'd recommend it to people like the above.
