The balance is great and it's really easy to use. The fit is so good that just shadow-swinging makes you feel like you're putting spin on the ball! It gives the impression that it's easy to use a snap of the wrist, letting you generate spin using centrifugal force. Drives, meets/counter-hits, chops, pushes — everything was easy to do. The bounce isn't all that strong, but it's a moderate bounce with an emphasis on stability, I'd say. What surprised me most was the stop shot — the ball just stops dead.
It works fine for an attacking style, but since the short game and small techniques are easy to do, I feel it's a blade that all-around players would love too.
If you're torn on which blade to choose, I don't think you'll regret buying this one. I think you'll feel the high quality. It pairs easily with any rubber — a high-performance blade that's worth the price.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

Because it's an inner blade, it was easy to put spin on the ball! And since it has carbon in it, I could hit powerful shots!

It doesn't have any one defining trait, and it can pull off everything at a high level. It's kind of like a Tenergy 80 in that sense. Since it's an inner blade, the wood feel is strong, so I think you can switch over from an all-wood blade without any sense of discomfort. That said, when you make thick contact, like on a smash, it flies just like a proper composite blade. Personally, since the ball holds well on the blade, it was easy for me to put spin on it.

This blade is way too versatile! It's used by everyone from carbon-blade beginners to pro players. Rather than having any one standout trait, it's a blade where everything is stable. Because of that, I think the rubber's own characteristics come through more clearly.

I borrowed a friend's and hit with it. Comparing it to the Libertas Synergy, another inner blade I normally use — roughly speaking, the Inner ALC is harder, snappier, and more grazing, while the Libertas Synergy is faster, sinks into the ball more, and flies more.
The Inner ALC has a moderate hardness that resonates in your hand. Performance-wise, my impression is that the harder you hit, the stronger the ball comes out, but with a soft touch in the short game it still lands reliably. This contrast depending on how hard you hit is really good. It bumps your overall level of play up a notch. I'd been using the Timo Boll ALC, but I wanted better stability in the short game and on counters, so I picked an inner blade with the same material.
Also, at the All Japan Championships I saw Yuki Matsuyama practicing at the next table with this same blade, and the sound off the blade was really good, which was another reason I switched. My impression after using it is that it doesn't produce a huge amount of speed with a normal swing, but when you hit it hard, the arylate carbon's character comes through and you can hit a ball with real speed. Also, compared to an outer blade, it grips the ball better, so your whole game becomes more stable. It doesn't fly too far, so the short game is stable too.
Also, even when you back off the table, it doesn't overshoot — it stays on the table.

It has an arylate-carbon layer, so it produces quite a lot of speed.
If you don't want too much speed, I think a tacky rubber or a medium/thin sponge would work well.
