I'd say this blade is more of an all-round blade.
The feel is softer compared to the Ratica 7. And since it's 5-ply, it's thin.
It's easy to keep stable, and it works whether you put Hurricane rubber or anti-spin on it.
That said, I'd recommend pairing inverted rubber on both sides - I think that's the most stable, easiest to attack with, and gives the most power.
As a beginner you'll probably be more than satisfied with this, but as you get stronger, I think it'll start to feel lacking.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

The feel is a bit lacking, but the spin and speed are more than enough - overall I think it's good. I've been playing table tennis for 3-4 years. I figured it was about time for a second blade, so I bought this Ratica for the great value for money! I found that every technique is pretty easy to do and the ball sits well. The stability is amazing too.

Compared to a standard 7-ply blade, this one has slightly less bounce.
I'd recommend pairing it with a bouncy rubber.
If you hit it firmly, you get good speed and spin, and since it doesn't bounce too much, you'll make fewer mistakes in the short game too.
The blade is a bit larger than average, so if you're putting on heavy rubbers, it's a good idea to pick a lighter individual blade.

I used this as my first blade. The blade is on the larger side, the ball sits well, and it's easy to put spin on. The bounce is decent too.

The first blade I ever bought was the Ratica with Factive on both sides. It's an average, soft 5-ply blade, so there's no technique that's particularly hard to do, and I think the control is excellent. The bounce is plenty even for a beginner, so it lasts you a long time. Also, since the ball sits on it well, you can get a feel for putting spin on the ball. The price is on the cheaper side too, so it's great value for money. I think it matches most rubbers.

Compared to special-material or 7-ply blades, this one is slow. You don't notice it much on drives with an early timing, but in mid-distance play, even with a full swing the shot ends up slower.Spin
The ball sits on the blade well, so it's easy to put spin on.
Topspin drives against backspin, the short game, and other spin-heavy techniques are easy to pull off.
Stability is excellent. That said, it feels easy to be affected by the opponent's spin.Control
Given how weak the bounce is, the control isn't great. The reason is that it's hard to match your timing on blocks and counters against the opponent's topspin drives. The ball sinks in too much, so you feel the effect of spin more easily.
This might be adjustable to some extent with rubber choice.Summary
If an intermediate-or-above player uses this, the biggest issue is a lack of distance. The blade's weakness really shows up during long rallies with big swings in play. It feels like you can't finish points when you want to.On the other hand, I think it's a good blade for beginners.

I used this as my first blade for about a year and a half.
The feel on contact is really good, and it resonates nicely in your hand.
That said, since it's a 5-ply blade, the bounce naturally falls short of carbon or 7-ply blades. So I'd suggest pairing it with a well-bouncing tension rubber like Vega or Factive.
