These two new additions to the Carbonado family are built with the same expert processes and quality materials as the original Carbonado 145 and 190, with one difference – the Carbonado 45 and 90
contain 64 gram per m2 carbon fiber while the original Carbonado 145 and 190 contain 100 gram per m2 carbon fiber. Choose Carbonado 45 and 90 for top quality, expert craftsmanship, and outstanding performance, along with increased control and wood feel!

I resumed playing large-ball table tennis a little over a year ago, and I'm enjoying the weekly circle practice sessions.

My previous review was of the Butterfly SK7, which had good power, but control was a challenge.

This time, I'm reviewing my third racket, the Stiga Carbonado 45 (with a thinner MJP grip), which I've always wanted to try, as it incorporates special materials. Here's a comparison of the SK7 (Allegro Max) and the Carbonado 45 (L Meister Max): the former is 6.8mm thick and weighs 147g, while the latter is 5.8mm thick and weighs 148g.

The Carbonado 45 is easy to drive with, and the control feels good. It also has a soft feel.

I've made the Carbonado 45 my main racket and the SK7 my backup.
