Blade thickness is 5.5mm.
Since it has VPS built in, from the catalog my impression was "a toned-down version of the Infinity."
Actually hitting with it, it doesn't have the quirks of the Infinity and felt easy to use.
Compared to the Infinity:- The feel is closer to a typical 5-ply blade
- Slightly more arc, but almost the same trajectory as the Infinity
- Slightly shorter distance
- Flexes well and holds the ball nicelyThat's roughly how I'd describe it.

It's described as being more tame than the Infinity, but even so, the ball leaves the blade faster than expected and it's still bouncy. I think it's plenty high-performance as a second blade once you've improved. Even for people struggling to control a special-fiber or stiff 7-ply blade, once you get used to the feel, this is a good blade.

This is the blade I'm currently using. I'm comparing it to the Innerforce Layer ALC.S. Being a wood blade, the bounce is gentle, as expected. The feel is pretty hollow, a "poko-poko" kind of feel, and it took a while to get used to. The bounce is gentle, but surprisingly the wood itself feels on the harder side. That said, since the blade is thin, both forehand and backhand shots really fly when you swing all the way through. I've been using it for less than a year, but I found it quite easy to hit with, and easy to vary the pace between hard hits and softer connecting shots.

Novice kid (Experience: ４〜５ years) The model student of 5-ply wood blades

Among STIGA blades, this one is soft and a bit less bouncy, but for a 5-ply blade the speed is quite good.
My first impression was just how well-balanced and easy to use it is overall.
I used to play a lot with the Clipper CR, but for all-round players and intermediates, the Celero is definitely better balanced and easier to use.
Spin and speed are both decent, and the control is excellent too. Short game shots like pushes and chiquitas are handled without any trouble.
The weight is around 85g, which is nice because you don't have to worry too much about rubber weight.
For a 5-ply blade, I think this performs really well.
If you want a 5-ply all-round blade, I'd recommend the Celero; if you want something a bit more offensive, go for the Infinity VPS or Infinity V.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness Little soft

*Note: my previous blade was the All Round Evolution, so this comparison is against that.
My first impression when I hit with it was that the ball was faster and traveled farther than the All Round Evolution.
It feels like the all-around versatility of a 5-ply blade taken up a notch from the All Round Evolution.
That said, it's a bit harder to handle than the All Round Evolution - it has VPS in it, and since I was using V>15 Extra rubber, it was a little hard to get spin on the ball.
After that, when I tried pairing it with a tacky tension rubber, the rough edges of both the rubber and the blade smoothed out, and it became much easier to handle.
(Rubbers used: SWORD Mace and SANWEI Target.)

When you catch the sweet spot, it gives you a feel and spin reminiscent of the All-Round Evolution.
But overall the ball leaves the blade faster than the All-Round Evolution, so you have to swing quite a bit faster to put spin on it.
Because the ball leaves so quickly, it's harder to return shots reflexively.Even calling it a step up from the All-Round Evolution, it feels like a pretty big step up.
Unless you're at least an intermediate-to-advanced player, I think you'll end up with a lot of overhits from the blade flying too much, and net mistakes from how fast the ball leaves it.
