      For modern-style fast table tennis, I'd recommend V15 or Tenergy.
      If you have strength and swing speed, I'd recommend Hurricane 3 Blue Sponge, Tenergy 05, or V15 Extra. The ball doesn't sink in too much and bounces just the right amount, so you can hit drives with good spin. The feel is great.

      It's really easy to put spin on the ball with this.
      Especially with drives - even on a short ball, it's easy to flick over the table.
      The backhand with inverted rubber is also easy to swing through.
      Maybe it's because it's light.
