This blade feels like it boosted the bounce without losing that pure wood feel. It also generates plenty of spin, so it works well with rubbers like Hurricane too. You can hit heavy balls that combine both speed and spin!

I don't think anyone but an advanced player with real power behind their strokes can handle this one. First off, it's a hard all-wood blade, so it's incredibly stiff. It flies a lot, so I figured a tension rubber would be too much and put a tacky rubber on it instead. Still, it weighs 191g, so if you don't have much power, forget it. When you block a drive, the tacky rubber (I assume) makes the ball arc with intense spin. Being a fast, flying blade, the trajectory comes out a bit low, but it's still very easy to use. Hard wood blades tend to release the ball quickly no matter what, but that pairs well with a tacky rubber. And on top of everything, the design is fantastic. This is a blade I really want tacky rubber users to try.

HK (Experience: 11〜20 years) Brings out the best in tacky rubber

I bought this to pair with a tacky rubber.
I've been using inverted rubber on the forehand and short pips on the backhand of my Fortius FT for years. I keep hopping between different blades and always end up back on the Fortius FT, lol.
Anyway, as for the Eternity, it matched a tacky rubber really well. I paired it with a slightly softer Hurricane Turbo, and thanks to the scorched surface treatment (I think), I could get the ball to sink into the sponge and really bite into it.
Even on a grazing shot I could make the opponent's block sail long. Among blades built to flex and launch the ball, the Eternity is on the bouncier side. The feel is strange — you don't really feel like you're hitting it dead center, but it still flies.Unfortunately, the short pips I use on the backhand seemed to hold the ball too long against this blade, making it hard to flick the ball off and harder to create chances. Even though it's on the harder end of 5-ply blades, it wasn't hard enough to substitute for a 7-ply.
In conclusion, I think players using inverted rubber on both sides with a tacky rubber will get the most out of this. Also, since I run an inverted/pips combo, the weight didn't bother me, but my Eternity blade alone weighs 92g, so players running inverted on both sides should be careful about the weight.

Alexandra (Experience: 6〜10 years) Top-grade all-wood blade

This is a top-of-the-line all-wood blade.
It's heavy, but the ball-holding feel is excellent.Personally, I felt it bounces more than the Infinity VPS.
It also has that stability in the short game unique to all-wood blades, so if you're a fan of STIGA, this is a blade you should definitely try.
If you get the chance, give it a try.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I heard this bounces even more than the Innerforce Layer ALC, so I bought it to try.
Thanks to VPS, tacky rubber is easy to use on it. Personally I prefer Turbo, but
I think NEO3 gives you plenty of speed and spin too.
With this blade, I feel like it's better to put tacky rubber on the forehand side rather than the backhand.
It's maybe a bit heavier than the Infinity? So it gives you plenty of distance.
As for spin, it still has a bit of that flex unique to 5-ply blades, so if you brush the ball well, it arcs in nicely.
For the backhand, pretty much anything works (not picky about it), but if I had to pick, something from the Omega line would be good.
The design is fantastic (can't find better words for it).Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

Yukiga (Experience: 11〜20 years) A strange blade

It's a strange kind of blade.
Just because it's stiff doesn't mean it bounces too much.
But when it does bounce, it really bounces.
It's a fun blade somehow.
It seems like it'd be interesting for close-to-the-table pips-out all-round players.
It's heavy though, lol.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I think this blade is a lot like the Infinity. It feels a bit stiffer than the Infinity and pairs excellently with tacky rubber. I think the price is reasonable too, so definitely give it a try.
