      I use it Chinese-penhold style.
      This blade doesn't send the ball very far, but it has good pop, so I think it's suited for playing close to the table.
      It's also really light (74g), so you can still swing through even with a heavier rubber on it.
      Personally, since it doesn't fly far but has good pop, I think it's great for penhold with short pips.

      This is a reversible-style penhold blade. With special-material blades I used before, they were too hard, and I was bothered by shots going in as knuckle balls when I hit from an imperfect stance. I was using a Chinese-penhold Samsonov Force, but switched to the reversible style after being inspired by Daisei Matsushita.
      The one I bought was light, and even with Quantum Pro Toku-Atsu (extra-thick) and Atsu (thick) rubbers on it, it stays light and I don't notice the weight at all.
      Also, since the rubbers are light with a soft touch that generates spin easily, I get spin even from an imperfect stance.
      There's none of that odd flex you sometimes get with 5-ply blades,
      and rallying isn't a problem either.
      These days special-material blades get talked about a lot, but table tennis is a sport against another person where give-and-take matters. I think this is a blade that suits your own level.
      On the other hand, if you have arm strength, the control is good, so I think it works well for that too.
