Use Chinese style
This racket does not have much flight distance, but because it plays well, I think that it is a racket for the front team.
Besides, it is very light (74 grams), so even if you put a heavy rubber, it will pass through.
Personally it is good for the pen table because it does not play far and it plays well.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

It is a reversible type. Originally, the material type was too hard, and I was worried about going for a straight ball when I hit it in an inadequate position. I was using a Samsonov Force with a medium pen, but I changed to a reversible type because I admired Taisei Matsushita.
The one I bought is light, and even with Quantum Pro Tokuatsu and Ats, it is light and the weight is not a problem at all.
The rubber is also light and soft to the touch, so it spins even in an inadequate position.
There is no strange bending feeling, which is common with 5-ply plywood, and rallies are no problem.
These days, there is a lot of talk about material types, but table tennis is a person-to-person sport where pushing and pulling are important. I think it is a racket that suits your stature.
