For a "classic" blade, this one seems like it'll split opinion.
First, the feel: it vibrates a lot in your hand. Even more so if you put on OX rubber.
Also, the handle is thick. You can grip it firmly, but switching to a short (stop) is hard. If you want to do a lot of short game work, you might need to sand down the handle.
Also, despite being called all-round, it's fairly heavy, and it bounces about as much as an offensive 5-ply blade. Of course, the control is wonderful too.
It seems well suited to two-winged players who handle their backhand with inverted rubber, but I don't feel it suits penhold pips players very well.
Lastly: if you peel the rubber off carelessly, the wood surface can come off with it, so be careful (T_T)

I tried out the limited-edition WRB (hollow grip). It holds the ball really well, plain and simple. I felt it held the ball far better than the STIGA All-Round Classic, which is supposed to have less bounce than this one. And it also holds the ball better than STIGA's Clipper Wood, another blade from the same brand. I'd say this is the best ball-holding blade I've ever used. Because of that, you can really load up spin when you hit. It's a classic for a reason. That said, as others have written, the bounce isn't quite enough for trading topspin drives from mid-distance. I'd recommend it to players who mainly play close to the table. Lastly, it might be a bit heavy for elementary/middle schoolers and women.

After a 23-year break, I started playing table tennis again for the first time in ages.
Using Yasaka Fusion (max thickness) on both sides.
The legendary "Or Evo"!
The biggest advantage is just how easy it is to use.

I'm a beginner who started table tennis this April. The All-Round Evolution makes it easy to put spin on the ball, easy to block, and attacks go in well too! The one downside is that it's slow. It's well balanced and can be used by everyone from beginners to advanced players!

This blade is just really well balanced, and I'd recommend it to beginners just starting table tennis.
It looks cool too, and the performance is good, so it'll last you a long time.
I especially think it's good for women.
It also pairs well with inverted rubbers like Roundell, and it isn't too picky about rubber choice.
