Are you ready for even more speed, spin and power? Watch out for the new rubber technology „Made in Japan“ - here is the Rise Speed! The new, dynamic „Power-Sponge“ technology gives the popular TSP Rise even more speed and power! The result will convince you! Due to the somewhat harder „Power Sponge“, TSP Rise Speed has even more power. The grippy, Japanese surface guarantees constant spin and control. The quality „Made in Japan“ stands for long durability and first-class playing possibilities.

It's fast!
Well suited to attacking and defending close to the table.
It also grabs a decent amount of spin, so I'd recommend it for the forehand!!!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Table tennis - GTR (Experience: 2〜3 years) A speed-focused control rubber

This is more for beginner to intermediate players.
It feels like a traditional control-oriented rubber with speed added on top.
The short game is easy to play, and it suits a style of hitting close to the table.
The trajectory is straight, and it's hard to put spin on.
For topspin drives, you can produce nasty, fast balls that skim just over the net.
I said it's for beginners, but I think it'll feel a bit hard to handle right when you're starting out, so I'd recommend it more as a second rubber. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

True to being called "Rise (Speed)," it does have speed. That said, it produces almost no spin at all. Control is so-so. It might be a good fit for players who smash more than they loop.

LOVE STIGA (Experience: 4〜5 years) Speed that lives up to its name!

It can be used on both forehand and backhand, but on the forehand there's some energy loss, so it's more suited to control.
The backhand is just as easy to control as the forehand, and if anything, I think the backhand side is easier to handle.
It has speed, but not much spin.
It's suited to playing close to the table, but since it doesn't travel far once you're forced back, that can get a bit tough.
It pairs well with a blade that has good rebound. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Novice kid (Experience: 4〜5 years) For speed-oriented players

It doesn't produce much spin, but
the speed is fantastic.
I used it for about six months. It works on both forehand and backhand, but the spin is weak, so it's in a bit of an awkward spot.
If it were a little cheaper, it'd be easy to pick up as a second rubber,
but since you can get a rubber with great spin for just a bit more money, I wouldn't recommend it that highly.I'd say it's suited to fast-attack players or hobbyists who mainly hit meet shots.

Black Storm Rise's speed

It's supposed to be about speed thanks to a rise-type sheet plus a hard sponge, but
the grip isn't bad, but there's not enough spin, so the ball sometimes doesn't land on the table and just sails off.
I think it works better if you angle your meet-hits and smashes.
Going for high elasticity plus speed on purpose...
the feel isn't great either.
I feel like there's no real reason to deliberately choose this one.
It might be fine for middle schoolers in a school club,
but I'd recommend switching to a tension rubber sooner rather than later. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I feel like it's not that different in speed from the regular Rise. But this one has better balance, so it's easier to control and it grips the ball well, which makes it a good option. Definitely give it a try.
