As always, it's hard. But I love this hardness lol
Compared to Hurricane, blocks feel easier to do with this. The tackiness is strong, though honestly the bounce isn't much to speak of. When you hit it flat, the ball leaves the rubber faster than with Hurricane.Both the sheet and the sponge are on the harder side, so brushing strokes are easy to do, and it's easier to hit hard with than Hurricane. You get a wide range of ball qualities out of it.
That said, the initial speed is slow, so you need enough strength and feel to really get the spin fully on. Once the spin is on, it carries really well.All Speed Spin Control

For a Chinese rubber, this one falls into the bouncier category, but speed still doesn't come out much, so it's hard to use unless you can drive the ball with your own power.
Spin really bites in, so you can induce mistakes from your opponent on serves and pushes too.
For people who prefer a rubber that balances both speed and spin, I'd recommend the NEO3 instead.All Speed Spin Control

The tackiness is on the weaker side, but if you brush it with a fast swing, it generates more spin than any tension rubber out there.
It doesn't bounce much, so you can freely control the speed, placement, height, and amount of spin on your chops.
What impressed me most was how hard it is for opponents to tell a knuckle chop from a sharply spinning one, which lets you win points off your chops.
I have no complaints at all when it comes to chopping.The people I'd really want to try this are high schoolers who can practice every day and have some power — I think they could really make the most of this rubber.
The tough part is that trading topspin drives from mid-to-close distance is difficult though.All Speed Spin Control

More spin-focused than the Skyline NEO3. It's great when you want heavy drives or serves with vicious spin. But it doesn't have that much bounce, so you really need to drive the ball with your own power or it won't go in.
