Yasaka, using mainly natural rubber gum for the top sheet. This improves the level of grip and the power of spin drastically. The top sheet is combined with the new Power Sponge. The top sheet and Power Sponge work in perfect synergy, producing the Hybrid Energy rubber Rakza 7. When the player hits the ball hard, the rubber grips the ball and the stroke can be used to place the ball accurately, both in direction and length. The serve and short returns are very sharp and easy to handle. Due to the increased percentage of natural gum the durability is improved. A winning combination!

I thought it would be a spin-type tension rubber, but the ball comes off pretty gently, and my first impression was "this might actually be good."
It kind of reminds me of Mark V lol
The sheet is softer than I expected, and it feels better if you sink the ball in and add spin. That doesn't change even after the switch to plastic balls.Because of that, personally I didn't find the short game over the table that easy. If you catch the ball thin, the spin doesn't feel like all that much.
I tried chopping with it, but it didn't quite click for me. Then when it receives a strong ball, it suddenly comes alive lol
I'd recommend it to attacking players. It's not hard, so I think you could use it on the backhand too.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I tried it on my Violin blade.
It really has speed! I'd heard it was hard, but when I hit it I was surprised how soft it felt.
Sinking the ball in and hitting seems to work well, but brushing the ball felt kind of lacking. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I had Rakza 7 on the backhand side of my Timo Boll ALC. The strengths were that blocking was stable, it was easy to vary the pace on pushes, and the control was excellent. The weaknesses were that I had to lift the ball when flicking the opponent's serve, and backhand smashes tended to drop short. Flicking the opponent's serve was the hardest thing for me - it caught in the net easily.
I think how this rubber performs really depends on the player using it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Spin performance is on par with Tenergy 05, but the rebound is lower, so ball control is easier with this one.
Unlike tension rubbers, it's closer to a high-elasticity rubber, so it's a rubber with clear contrast where you can control the power yourself. It's a bit on the harder side, so if anything it suits power hitters. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I was using V>15 Extra, but I wanted a bit more stability so I tried switching.
It doesn't have as much speed as V>15 Extra, but the spin and control were amazingly good.
If you're currently using a rubber and want more spin and control, I don't think you'll lose anything by trying this one!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

The control is amazingly good - the stability in the short game over the table is fantastic. Flat, steady pushes and stops are exactly where this shows.
With flat hits you don't get much speed, but the control is easy, so you can attack calmly and steadily.
With topspin drives and counters, it's kind of a "I'm putting in so much effort here!!" feeling - you do get some spin, but there's a slight impression that the power drains out.
It's not suited for topspin rallies, lobbing, or chopping. That said, even from a distance, the ball tends to go in with a "please land!" kind of feel.
If you're after spin or speed it might not be great, but it lets you send over consistently good shots, so once you get used to it you should always be able to play exactly the way you want.
