Yasaka, using mainly natural rubber gum for the top sheet. This improves the level of grip and the power of spin drastically. The top sheet is combined with the new Power Sponge. The top sheet and Power Sponge work in perfect synergy, producing the Hybrid Energy rubber Rakza 7. When the player hits the ball hard, the rubber grips the ball and the stroke can be used to place the ball accurately, both in direction and length. The serve and short returns are very sharp and easy to handle. Due to the increased percentage of natural gum the durability is improved. A winning combination!

    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
Highly praised as a well-balanced rubber for beginners to intermediate players, particularly noted for ease of spin application and control. Compared to speed-oriented rubbers, it features a more linear trajectory and stability-focused design.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Spin is easy to apply; all techniques including drives and serves are stable
    • Soft sheet and hard sponge combination enables good ball grip
    • Excellent cost-performance ratio for intermediate players
    • Moderate speed and flight characteristics suit beginners
    • Relatively long durability with gradual performance degradation
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveAfter trying various rubbers, this is ultimately the best. Spin application is easy, and even without excess force, substantial spin can be generated on shots.
▽ CriticalFor players focused on speed drives it may be good, but for loopy chop-oriented play, Vega Asia provides better spin performance.

Minegishi A different rubber from Tenergy

      Reviews by user

My first impression is that the topsheet grip is really good
Unlike Tenergy where you sink the ball in, you can get spin here even with a different kind of stroke

Also, drives taken from a lower contact point are quite impressive. That said, for pure speed drives, Tenergy still wins out

Long lifespan is another strong point. Since it uses a lot of natural rubber, it should last longer than a typical rubber

On the forehand it feels like it lacks a bit of pop, so I'd recommend it for the backhand

      It was pretty hard.
But the topsheet is soft, so the ball sinks in nicely.
The power on drives is really good.
That said, even though they say it lasts a long time, I don't think it's
      actually all that long-lasting.
      Kind of like Vega.

Kyo leopard (Experience: 4〜5 years) Topsheet

      Reviews by user

The topsheet quality is just great - it really has that "I'm about to put some spin on this" feel to it lol
It's heavier than I expected, and it feels premium.

The topsheet grip is really good. It spins about as much as Tenergy. That said, the speed is average. Being heavy is another weak point. Even so, it's a rubber that makes you want to keep using it.
Pushes bite well, serves bite well too. A really high-performing rubber.

    • Rudiger

Rudiger (Experience: 6〜10 years) Easy to handle

      Reviews by user

The sponge is firm enough that the ball sinks in nicely, and the topsheet has good grip, so it's easy to handle.
If you're expecting the same ball-holding feel as Tenergy you might be a bit disappointed, but
it still holds the ball plenty well.
Rather than a looping drive where you brush the sheet, a speed drive where you sink the ball into the sponge is more stable with this one.
I'd recommend it to anyone who's found Tenergy hard to handle.

Serves, pushes, and drives all get tons of spin. Though speed doesn't seem to come out quite as much... Still, it's a good rubber that suits any playing style.

Yamamoto (Experience: 4〜5 years) Great ball release and spin

      Reviews by user

The ball seems to leave the rubber quickly.
But it still grips well for spin, so overall it feels like a rubber that spins well and is reasonably fast.
That quick release also makes the short game easier, which really helps.
