Emperor Tymobor (Experience: 2〜3 years) Rubber for beginners!

I used this when I first started playing table tennis.
Since my blade was an all-wood plywood one
it grips the ball really well, and I think
it's easy to learn the feel of putting spin on the ball.
It's a rubber with outstanding stability. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

A stable rubber I guess - I'm using the thick version on my backhand, but speed, meet-shots, everything about it was just average, and I couldn't really find a standout feature
When I dropped back to mid-distance, everything hit the net. That's tough for my style of play.
Oh, blocking was easy though.
But personally, I'll be switching. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

I use Vega Asia (thick) on my forehand and Europe (medium-thick) on my backhand, and honestly the stability is just too good. The short game is easy too - with pushes, the ball gets spin on it almost automatically even without really trying to cut it. Chiquitas get a ridiculous amount of spin too!
Since the rubber is also soft, the ball sinks in easily, so hitting off a push is very stable. But since it's hard to generate speed, rather than trading backhand drive for backhand drive in a rally, I think it's better to move around quickly and attack proactively. Also, with medium-thick, if you hit it half-heartedly it tends to sink into the net in my experience, so I'd recommend either committing to your own shot regardless of your opponent, or just going with thick instead. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

Starting from my third rubber since I began table tennis, I used the 2.0 thickness and loved it on my backhand for two years. It's just an incredibly easy-to-use rubber overall. Being quite soft, it's easy to sink the ball into it, which contributed a lot to improving my backhand technique. It gives a lot of freedom on receive, and it's strong for receives like an over-the-table drive that catches the ball right from behind against short backspin serves. That said, because it's soft, stops tend to pop up, so I made a point of switching between an over-the-table drive and a push depending on the situation.

I often see people using Vega Europe on their backhand. It's true that Europe makes backhand drives and chiquitas easy, but its performance on the forehand can also come through depending on how the player uses it. Forehand drives and smashes get decent spin even though the speed is just okay, and you can even get service aces off your serves. I really want people to try Vega Europe on the forehand too.

I used it on both my forehand and backhand.
For beginners, I think this rubber is fine on both sides, but as you improve you'll probably start finding it lacking on the forehand,
so if you want to stay within the Vega series, I think it's good to upgrade to something like Vega Asia, Asia DF, or Tour.
On the backhand, I think it's plenty usable even for intermediate players. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

This one's simply great! Because the sponge is soft, it also makes control easier. If you're on the fence, just give it a try.
