A rubber that's easy to use for both offense and defense!
A strong rubber that satisfies on spin, speed, and control all at once.
I think it's great on both forehand and backhand and gives you a lot of stability!

Vega Europe is soft so it works on the backhand too! It flies well, grips the ball, and has good control, so I think it works from beginner to advanced level. But if your impact is too strong, you might find it a bit lacking.Serve

Personally I like this way more than Tenergy!
With Tenergy the spin kind of happens on its own, so it's hard to vary the amount of spin, and since so many people use it, your opponents can read your trajectory easily. But with Vega Europe I found it really nice that you can hit the ball exactly the way you want!
It might even be good to use on both sides.

I used this back when I was a beginner and was blown away by how much spin I could get on my topspin drive, lol. You can put a ton of spin on the ball with ease.
Also, it doesn't fly off too much, so even beginners can handle it. I think even advanced players could use it on their backhand.

Elbow people (Experience: ２〜３ years) Stable

This rubber gives you amazing stability on blocks, topspin drives, and smashes. That said, shots over the table tend to float up, and it doesn't produce much power. I'd recommend it not just for backhand but also for the forehand of beginners who struggle with their forehand.

I used Vega Europe when I first started playing table tennis, and since both the topsheet and sponge are really soft, I could do every technique with stability. Because it's soft, the ball sinks right in, so I think even players without much power can handle it. On the other hand, it's lacking in power. So I think it's best to build up your technique with this rubber, and once your fundamentals are solid, move up to a higher-level rubber. If you want more spin than Vega Europe, try Vega Europe DF, and if you want something harder and easier to handle than Europe, try Vega Asia.

I'd recommend this to people who want to put spin on the ball. At first it bounces a lot, but over time it bounces less and the spin gets stronger. That said, it doesn't grip the ball as much as Rozena. I wouldn't recommend it for intermediate players.

Both the topsheet and sponge are soft — it's basically the definition of an easy-to-use rubber.
It's a perfect rubber for stepping up your game. But once you improve to a certain level and rallies get going, you'll get outgunned in ball weight, spin, and speed by tension rubbers like Rakza or Fastarc.
I'd call it a prep rubber you use right before moving on to a so-called high-tension rubber (talking about forehand use here).
On the backhand though, you don't get as much swing speed as on the forehand. So players who want stable play often put it on their backhand.
