I think it's incredibly easy to use on the backhand. The short game is easy to handle so you can always take the initiative, and everything from blocks to drives is really consistent, so definitely give it a try!

So soft Σ( ̄ロ ̄lll)
I think it's suited for the backhand
Backhand drives go in easily, and the spin really bites (^▽^)
Backhand: it flies easily but still goes in (≧∇≦)Overall I think it's a really good rubber
My ideal setup would be
Vega Europe DF on the forehand
and Rasant Power Sponge on the backhand. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft
Racket recommended use FLYATT Carbon PRO

I was torn on what to use for my backhand, so I asked a shop staff member if there was a rubber that made chiquita easy and stable, and they said "if that's what you want, this is the one" — Rasant Power Sponge. Out of the Rasant line I've tried Beat, Power Grip, and Grip, but personally I think Power Sponge is the best for the backhand. It felt like the ball just goes in no matter how you hit it, lol lol. That really surprised me!!

A soft rubber, perfect for using on the backhand.
The downside is that it's a bit heavy for its hardness. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I think this is relatively easy to control compared to other rubbers in the Rasant series. Same goes for Rasant Beat — it's aimed at people who want to prioritize control. Also, if you're trying the Rasant series for the first time, this rubber might be a good choice.

Of all the Rasant series rubbers I've used, Power Sponge felt the easiest to control. If you've played table tennis for a long time and are good at generating spin, Power Grip would probably work for you too.
Putting Power Sponge on both sides of a Timo Boll blade made it a bit heavy, so I'd recommend pairing it with a lighter blade. All Speed Spin Control
Racket recommended use Timo Boll W5

Control was good, but there wasn't much speed, and the spin wasn't all that great either.
