I've tried a lot of blades.
This is the best one.
As long as it's not too heavy, it's controlled but fast.
Amazing feel.
It's medium hardness, which suits aggressive topspin play.
The flex is good, so it's great for looping.

You need to try it. I'd pick this blade over the Viscaria, Timo Boll, STIGA Carbonado, XIOM TMXI, and plenty of others.

Fantastic spin with the Dignics 09C. On some shots the spin still surprises me!

Despite being a fast blade, the control is outstanding.

It's incredibly powerful on full swings.

On hard shots, that crisp popping sound is addictive. Once you play with this blade, you can't go back to carbon. The feel is unbelievable.

I like this blade far more than the DHS Hurricane Long 5 Commercial.

This review is for a blade that had been sitting in our club room, so please note the Hurricane rubber on it had barely any tack left.
My first impression, just as the title says, is that this is a 7-ply blade built for tacky rubber. Even though the rubber had almost no tack left, it was still very easy to generate spin. The Skyline rubber on the backhand, which lets you easily adjust the bounce, paired well with it, and I could handle everything from the short game to topspin rallies without any trouble.
It's not something I'd recommend to everyone because of the price, but if you're interested, I think it's worth trying at least once.

I bought this as a backup blade.
What stood out to me when hitting with it was the soft feel. I think it works with everything from hard rubbers to soft ones.

This is the pure-wood 7-ply model in the Hurricane Long (Long from here on) series. I believe this is probably the only all-wood blade in the whole Long lineup.
The first thing that stands out about this blade is that it bounces well despite being all wood. It's not on the level of a special-material blade, but I felt plenty of bounce.
On top of that, since it's an all-wood blade, it also lets you put solid spin on the ball relative to how much it bounces.
The Long 1.5 had some control issues because of its special materials, but I think this one lets you control the ball reasonably well.
That said, I didn't really find any standout, exceptional performance. If speed alone is what you're after, the Infinity or Emerald VPS will give you more bounce, and in terms of spin performance this falls short of Swedish-made wood blades.
This might be a good option for someone who admires attacking players like Ma Long but can't quite handle the special-material Long series blades.
