I think it's hard to control. That said, the spin and speed are amazing. Since it's hard, the feel on contact is the best. I don't think it's great for topspin rallies. I think you're better off finishing with a smash on the third ball. If your smash is strong, the loop drive's spin is also nasty, so you can throw out a slow ball and finish with a smash on the fifth ball too.

I switched to this from Omega V Tour.
The spin is just there, no matter what. Any technique where you brush the sheet gets great spin.
The sponge isn't as hard as I expected, but the sheet is hard, so it's not great for players who like to dig the ball into the sponge.
Flat hitting shots sometimes get picked off, probably because they lack speed.
I think this is a good option for someone switching over from tacky rubber. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Medium pen Uraura haste (Experience: 11〜20 years) The grab on the ball...

This is a spin-oriented tension rubber with a hard topsheet and hard sponge, and the grip on the ball is excellent.
I wouldn't recommend it with a really stiff blade, since your drives won't be very stable.
With German tension rubbers I always disliked how the sheet feels like it slips when you brush the ball on a drive, but this one doesn't have that issue, and that's what I like most about it.
People talk a lot about the spin on drives, but for me personally it was serves that became especially easy and stable. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

This has the best grip on the ball out of any rubber I've ever used.
You can really crank your drives and it'll be fine.
It grips the ball so well that the spin keeps it on the table.
On the other hand, it's not that soft, so I think you'll have a hard time getting speed out of it.
And the feel on the ball is just amazing.
If you have decent technique, a bit of fine-tuning will get you a stop that really dies on the table.
It grips the ball so well that your shots bite hard.
No complaints on control at all.
The downsides:
It's not a rubber that bounces on its own, so you need to bring your own power to use it (though that's also what makes it easy to control).
And it's pretty heavy.
Overall I'd recommend it for power players or players with a rubbing swing.
I think that's about as far as what the maker intended goes.
From here on it's just my own recommendation.
I tried putting Rasant PG on my backhand.
And wow, that was impressive too.
Amazing stability! Highly recommend!
Just keep in mind it's not a rubber that bounces on its own (I know, I keep saying it), so you need to swing faster.
Sorry for going on this long.
Hope this helps push some of you toward buying Rasant PG.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

I've used all kinds of rubbers, and to me this feels like it's right up there with Tenergy, or close to it in performance.
<Spin> The grip on the ball is amazing. My serves, drives, and pushes all bite really well, and my practice partners have told me "your shots are heavy."
<Speed> I use the thick version. Even with thick, you get plenty of speed and can hit sharp, penetrating shots. All Speed Spin Control

Spin goes on nicely and you get a decent amount of speed too, but it's heavy and control can be tricky at times.
