    The VS > 402 Limber is the softest variant of the tacky VICTAS VS series. The tacky, elastic top rubber sheet was combined with the high-catapult Limber offensive sponge and opens up a new dimension of playing.       It's nothing special in terms of spin, but it's a really high-performance rubber overall.
      I recently went to talk to the former coach of an acquaintance of mine, Hitomi Sato, and he told me this rubber really shines with plastic balls — not only does the sheet not slip, but the sponge grips the ball firmly, so it combines stability when chopping with both stability and power when attacking. Of course I'm nowhere near that level myself, but just like he said, it's really easy to use and I'm satisfied with it! This rubber has it all — bite, stability, and attacking power — and I really want today's choppers to give it a try.

      Chopping was really easy with this. Since the rubber is soft, I think it'd be tough for players who chop with a grazing motion. Because it's soft, I think it suits pretty much any playing style. The downside is that it slips if you brush it too much when serving.

      It's positioned as a chopping rubber, but
      I tried using it for attacking.
      If I had to point out something good, it's the stability across all the defensive techniques.
      Blocks land in almost comically easily,
      and even a small swing gets you a nice counter.
      But what bothers me most is the slip when driving.
      Even when it goes in, there's not much spin, so it's kind of mediocre.
      I'd say this one's really for choppers.

      I've been playing table tennis for less than a year, but I actually came back to it 6 months ago after a 13-year break!!
      Back in junior high I made it to nationals!!

      I've played chopper style and tried pips-out and short pips too, but in the end I came back to inverted on both sides (lol)
      Anyway!!
      What's great about the Limber is the good control and how stable it is when attacking!!
      The spin isn't as strong as Tenergy or Moristo, but it's easy to add variation — knuckle balls and changes in spin amount — on both drives and chops!! My chops float a little, but they land really deep and cramp up my opponent! It creates a lot of chances to attack!!
      It bounces a bit too much for beginners so it's a little hard to use, but I think it's a great rubber for intermediate and advanced players!! Definitely give it a try!!

      By the way, I use it at max thickness!
      On my backhand I use thick Rev Spin

      Even with plastic balls, the 402 matches really well and is easy to use \(^o^)/
