The VS > 402 Limber is the softest variant of the tacky VICTAS VS series. The tacky, elastic top rubber sheet was combined with the high-catapult Limber offensive sponge and opens up a new dimension of playing. Thanks to the new 40° sponge, this High Energy Tension rubber provides for outstanding control in offensive play and great sound. With the highly tacky top rubber sheet you can put pressure on your opponents with dangerous serve/return variants and spinny topspin/backspin strokes. I normally use the Hurricane Neo 3, but with my strength declining, I picked this as my next rubber to try. My honest impression is that I found the best rubber. With the Hurricane, because it's so tacky, attacking with drives required a lot of swing power. With this rubber, even at 80% power, I can hit a fast, low-arcing drive. Chopping also feels well-controlled - the spin is a bit less than the Hurricane, but you can grind it out with control and how easy it is to hold the ball down. Whether you hit it flat and crisp or brush it when you go for a finishing shot, there are few overshoot misses, so I think it's a rubber that lets you attack with confidence. I'd recommend it for the forehand of choppers who want to attack.

Compared to the VS>401, every technique becomes way easier and it feels like a real level up.
I rated the speed as 10, but in practice it's more like 12.5 when attacking and 7.5 when chopping. I have it on max thickness on my forehand, and even my chops fly low with a solid trajectory and good spin. It's easy to block even against the opponent's hard shots, and I can also chop with heavy, low spin on balls that get rallied back to me.
As for attacking, even though this is mounted on a chopping blade, I can confidently finish points from anywhere — over the table, with topspin drives, with smashes — and just as easily keep the ball in play when I need to. It's a soft rubber, around 40 degrees, but it still has great power, speed, and spin when attacking. This is my top recommended rubber.All Speed Spin Control

I used this when I was just starting out as a chopper.
You can do offensive techniques like drives to a certain extent. But when the opponent counters with a smash swung down from above, it feels like you lose that exchange pretty quickly. I can't shake the impression that it's a purely defensive rubber. It's easy to control, and even beginners can keep a chop rally going with it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

The sponge is limber, so the control is really easy. It gives a nice arc and lets you play a stable game. Drives come out with no problems, and blocks land firmly on the table too. Tacky.

Using this at max thickness on the forehand of a chopping blade. As for attacking, hitting hard gets you decent speed. It doesn't quite reach mainstream tension rubber levels, but it's just a step below that. The topspin drive is easy to use, so attacking with lots of spin makes it easy to draw errors from your opponent. As for chopping, it cuts well and the control is excellent too. At max thickness it tends to overshoot a bit, so I found the thick version easier to use. It's a great rubber for mixing chops and drives into your play. I also think it's excellent on the backhand of an inverted-on-both-sides chopper.

The control is really good, so it's easy to chop with. It's slightly tacky, so putting on a TSP tacky-protection sheet made it last longer.
