I've been using this on a Quartet AFC blade, and it's just really bouncy. Even when I back away from the table, I can easily clear the net, and counters from away from the table go in reliably. That said, the strong bounce also makes it harder to control, so it might be a bit tricky for beginners to handle. It gets a lot of spin, but since the rubber is fairly hard, you need enough power to swing through the ball properly. I use max thickness on both sides, and paired with a Koki Niwa blade it came out to about 210g. So I think it's a great rubber for players with a decent amount of power. If your swing isn't very fast, I'd recommend the V<15 Limber instead.

Speed and spin are both at a high level at the same time.

I'm currently using this on the forehand of a Quartet AFC. I've also used it on a Zhang Jike ALC, but it's easier to use on the Quartet.
The sponge is on the hard side, so it feels a bit heavy. I'd recommend it to anyone who likes heavier rubbers. Smash power is high. You get more spin by swinging with momentum rather than trying to sink the ball into the sponge.
If you're using it on the forehand and your game is mainly drive-based, I think you'd be better off with a different rubber. It doesn't really feel like a drive-oriented rubber. (This is just my personal opinion, so if you're using V>15 Extra as a drive-heavy player and feel differently, trust your own experience.)All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard

Even among tension rubbers, this one's on the bouncier side. Both spin and speed are great! The topsheet and sponge are both a little on the hard side. I was happy to hear that Niwa uses it too! I'd recommend it to anyone who wants speed first but still wants good spin!!!

It's very well balanced. It holds the ball well, so drives are stable. It's a bit harder to handle when used on the backhand. If you're on the fence, I think this rubber is a safe choice.

Two upperclassmen at my school who competed at nationals this summer use this rubber.
First off, it's hard. It's also heavy, fast, and the ball leaves the rubber fairly quickly. It's hard to really sink the ball into the sponge on drives. But since the topsheet is strong, spinning off the sheet gives you a lot of spin. The trajectory is on the low side. Smashes are fast enough to finish points in one shot. Counters are easy to control since they're not affected much by the opponent's spin. It bounces a bit too much in the short game. Serves get good spin. Stops are hard to do.
I'd recommend this to people who felt the G-1 was a little lacking in speed (though I doubt many people feel that way), people who want more power, people who want to push forward with speed drives, or drivers with power who play equally well from mid-distance and close to the table. That said, the G-1 grips the ball better and gets more spin. This one is faster, but the G-1 might actually be easier to use. Both are top-level rubbers.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
