I used this on my forehand. There's no complaint about how easily it puts spin on drives — the ball comes in low and lands solidly. Thanks to the medium-hardness sponge, whether you hit soft or hard, the ball keeps landing right where you aim, time after time. The speed is a bit on the slow side, though... What made me happy was how well smashes went in. It kind of wraps the ball for a moment and then snaps it off, so you can go for it with confidence.
Serves and receives tend to float a little, so they take some getting used to. But you can still put good spin on them.
Blocking is easily affected by the opponent's spin, so I found it lands better if you take a step back and absorb the shot rather than meeting it head-on. Countering, on the other hand, snaps in solidly, so I think it's good for going after a weak, high ball with confidence.
Using it on the backhand too, every technique lands pretty much as intended.Reasonable speed without flying off the table, good landing, and plenty of spin. For someone like me, at the lower end of the intermediate level, this is truly an all-around rubber.

Of all the medium-hardness rubbers, this is the one I liked best. Whatever technique you use, the spin stays consistent. It's not on the level of Power Grip, of course, but it's easy to use and still has decent speed! I'd recommend it for the forehand or backhand, from beginners all the way up to advanced players!

The control is good, but compared to the other Rasant rubbers, it's nothing that surprising. Control performance is high, though, so I'd recommend it to people who aren't confident in their power.

This rubber is a bit heavier than Tenergy 05 (about 1 to 2.5g more).
I was also surprised at how huge the sponge's air bubbles are (yikes).
When I actually put it on my backhand and hit with it, my first impression was that the ball grips really well. On top of that, flat hitting was also easy to do, so this is a rubber for all-around players.
Drives, spin blocks, chiquitas, and so on all land consistently with a nice arc, and pushes and smashes were easy too!
If I had to name a weak point, it's that the speed is a little slow. Smashes land solidly, but I sometimes got worn down by an opponent who kept lobbing.
Another downside is that it doesn't last long. Rasant Beat holds up fine even after two weeks, but with Rasant Grip, the rubber gradually turns white after about two weeks.
If you can overlook those two points, I think it's a really high-performance rubber. Definitely give it a try!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
