Excellent Speed and Control Fastarc S1 is a soft version in Fastarc family/ The increase of control slightly reduces the speed, but the power is maintained. This rubber is recommended to the wide range of players from the beginners to the top players.
- Pimples in
- Produces high speed even with light contact
- Extremely easy to execute flat hits and smashes
- Strong defensive capabilities with easy blocking and countering
- Difficult to generate spin, challenging for counter-topspin
- Best for beginners and backhand, optimal for front-court attacking

I'm a junior high school student from Kanagawa! (Experience: 2〜3 years) Really easy to play with

Compared to other rubbers, the S1 is way faster, but more than anything, blocking against the opponent's topspin drive was really easy.
Receives also pop up nicely on both backhand and forehand, so it's easy to score off the receive too. Attacking with flat hits doesn't feel powerful, the ball flies light, so I'd recommend this for beginners or people who want to score more off blocks. Just my personal opinion, but when serving with the S1 the serve tends to come out a bit long. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

First off, flat hitting techniques like smashes are the strongest thing about this rubber. The moment the ball hits, you get a high-pitched "clack!!" sound and it flies into the opponent's court at insane speed. The spin, though, is just average. The spin on loops is less than with the C-1. Also, the sound is different - the C-1 sounds like it's gripping the ball as it flies, while the S-1 sounds like the ball is just flying off on its own, which didn't feel great to me. Control also felt like something only someone who's already solid can manage with the max thickness or thick versions. If I had to choose between the S-1 and C-1, I'd lean toward the C-1. Still, if you want speed over spin, I think this rubber would satisfy you.

Sky (Experience: 2〜3 years) Focus on speed + stability!!

After trying it out, my impression is that within the Fastarc series, this is the second fastest after the G1. The sponge is also soft, so it's stable. That said, since it's a speed-focused rubber, the spin is the lowest in the whole Fastarc line, so I don't think it puts much pressure on your opponent. The trajectory is more of a straight line than a nice arc, so the ball tends to land deep on the table. If you're thinking of switching to a German rubber, I'd suggest using the Fastarc S first to get used to it before moving to a harder German rubber.

Even hitting lightly produces speed. When I hit hard, even with my lack of muscle, I was able to produce quite fast shots. However, without good technique, you'll end up overhitting, so I think you need to handle it carefully.

A speed rubber with a sharp trajectory and abnormal speed, where every block ends up looking like a counter.

Even hitting the ball with a light touch produces quite a bit of speed!
Some people say it doesn't get much spin, but if your swing is solid, it's in the category of rubbers that do get spin.
As for control, when I try to aim down the line or crosscourt, I find it easy to overhit.
Overall, I think it's a really good rubber.
I think it's a rubber that a wide range of players, from beginners to advanced, can use.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Overall, I felt the performance was inferior to other rubbers in the Fastarc series.
Smashes come out with a lot of power and feel great, but drives were a bit hard to hit.
Control isn't that easy either, but it covers the bare minimum. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
