Anti-Power is capable of killing any kind of speed and spin. Another feature is the peculiar sound when applying your offensive shots. Any combination of the Anti Power rubber with either the Mark V, Tornado or Extreme will most certainly make you a varied and dangerous defensive or offensive player.

It's an anti-spin rubber, but among anti-spin rubbers it has a fair amount of friction, and the sponge is soft, so if you put in the effort, you can even generate some spin of your own.
This is from a chopper's perspective - pushes were tough at first, but once I got used to it, it became fairly manageable. As for chopping, being an anti-spin rubber, you can chop heavily spun loops without being affected much. But against fast, speed-oriented shots, I got pushed back a bit and found it tough. If you have the technique to handle fast shots, I think this is a perfectly good choice for chopping too!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I put this on the backhand side for chopping.
Chops go in consistently. Pushes were difficult.
Stops and blocks stick well, and pushes/smashes can produce shots that are hard for the opponent to return.

You can return strong drives short and low, and it's easy to return shots just by adjusting the racket angle.

Mother (Experience: ４〜５ years) Recommended for your first anti-spin rubber switching from inverted

I switched from Anti-Power, which served me for a year and a half, to Trick Anti, so I'm posting this as a memorial to it. My playing style is left-handed shakehand with anti-spin on the backhand.
When I first switched over from inverted rubber, I kept sending up floating balls one after another, but opponents unused to anti-spin apparently found even those hard to handle, so I was able to force mistakes. Still, floating balls do get smashed, so I scored a lot of points on counters instead.
How much force to use on pushes and exactly where the ball hits the blade is very sensitive, and in matches I often couldn't keep that in mind and ended up making mistakes.
One technique I gave up on was the angled hit against backspin. I practiced it after watching some videos, but it was strong when it landed and unreliable otherwise, so I stopped trying it.
The reason I'd recommend this for a first anti-spin rubber is that it doesn't have too strong a quirk.
Anti-Power isn't like Trick Anti or the rubber recommended by ○RM, which practically return the ball for you or have a strong reversal effect, so returning shots requires you to develop some feel of your own to some extent. Continuously feeling that frustration of thinking a shot would go in only to have it not go in, and gradually sharpening your sense for it - that's the real appeal of playing anti-spin. If you're thinking about switching to anti-spin, I'd really recommend starting with this rubber.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Using the thick version. Thoughts: the surface is smooth, but the sponge is soft, so if you really sink the ball in, you can get spin on it for an anti-spin rubber. At the same time, it's barely affected by the opponent's spin, so pushing and blocking are easy as usual, and the usual anti-spin weakness of the ball floating up is basically a non-issue with this one, so you can play with confidence. Compared with typical Japanese anti-spin rubbers, both reversing the racket and producing knuckle balls are very flexible, and if you master it, it becomes a huge weapon. That said, even someone like me with little table tennis experience could get the hang of it quickly. Even against heavy backspin, as long as the ball has a bit of bounce, you can push or short-push it, so both attack and defense are easy - basically it works for any playing style. It's especially well matched to chopping, blocking, and smashing. I'm a blocker who mixes in pushes and short pushes rather than a smasher, so my feel for it is different, but if a hard shot lands, the opponent almost never gets it back. That said, even though it's fast for a soft anti-spin rubber, it's still slower than a normal rubber and lacks some power, so that comes down to your blade and your own arm. Besides the blade listed below, I also put this on my joke blade, the Galaxy T5000, and with the blade's power added in, it stopped being a joke blade at all. Even I, who usually lose in the first round of prefectural tournaments, managed to make it to the second round, so I think this is a great rubber that suits most blades.

This review is from a chopper's perspective.
Since this is an anti-spin rubber, if you hit it like a normal inverted rubber, you get basically no spin at all.
But when you chop with it, it's barely affected by incoming spin, and since the sponge doesn't have much bounce, it's easy to handle smashes too.
I only started playing in middle school, and thanks to this rubber I made it into the prefectural round of 16.
