    Customer Reviews SummaryAI Summary
Highly praised for stability and ease of use on the backhand side, while the extremely soft sponge causes insufficient speed that limits it to certain playing styles. Established as a recommended rubber for beginners to intermediate players on backhand, but unsuitable for aggressive playstyles.
    ■ Frequently Mentioned Points
    • Extremely soft sponge excels in stability and control performance
    • Recommended for backhand with ideal technique learning for drives and chiquitas
    • Limited speed generation with easy ball drop during powerful shots
    • Best for beginners to intermediate players, lacks punch for advanced players
    • Reports indicate relatively short rubber lifespan
    ■ Representative Voices
▲ PositiveDespite being soft, it doesn't drop the ball even with strong hits. Perfect as a second rubber for beginners, ideal for backhand. Good spin and excellent for learning techniques like drives and chiquitas.
▽ CriticalThe excessive softness limits speed production and lacks destructive power in crucial moments. Not suitable for players with strong impact, and advanced players may find it insufficient.

It's soft and control is really good, but it doesn't have much speed
I'd recommend it for beginners or people who don't have a fast swing

Wow (Experience: 2〜3 years) Easy to use!!

      Reviews by user

At first it bounced a lot and was hard to use, but once I got used to it, drives became really easy to hit, and I thought it was a really good rubber. I could do both speed drives and spin drives, and it was very easy to use.

It's a high-performance rubber, but it holds the ball well, the sheet grips nicely, and since the rubber is soft it's easy to control — I'd recommend it for beginners, and it's also a good recommendation for people looking to graduate from being a beginner.

Flying into a rage (Experience: 6〜10 years) The feel is...

      Reviews by user

I used this on my backhand back when I was an inverted-rubber-on-both-sides drive-dominant player.
I had expectations for it as a rubber built for the plastic ball, but in the end the feel just didn't work for me.

I originally preferred a soft rubber on my backhand, and this one was indeed soft, but it had a distinct "boingy" feel to it.
My swing isn't super fast, and I tend to hit flat, so with my style it felt like the power wasn't fully transferring into the ball.

I did like how the sheet gripped the ball though — serves, pushes, and lightly-spun drives were all easy to do.

      Ultra Nine (Experience: 6〜10 years)

This is a rubber that's soft all around. Drives and chops both get solid spin. The sponge is softer than regular Vega Europe, so control has gone up.

      09RA of pen table

      Reviews by user

I play penhold with short pips, and I have Europe DF on my backhand.
It's really easy to use, and I win a lot by developing play around my backhand.
It's easy to play the style where I loop on the backhand, then hit the floating ball my opponent returns with the short pips on my forehand!
I can also produce sharp backspin serves with it, so it's great!
      I really recommend it!

Meakan (Experience: 6〜10 years) For tension-rubber beginners

      Reviews by user

I have this in medium sponge on my daughter Bambi's backhand.
Her blade is the Yasaka Princess. Forehand is Rising Speed medium.
Until this summer's Hokaba, it was Roundell medium.
I switched because I wanted a bit more spin and speed, and it worked out smoothly — her backhand blocks got better.
I think it's effective to use while kids are in the process of improving.
I also have it on my own backhand, and it's great for practice too.
