Hulti (Experience: Less than a year) Decent spin, but the ball flies easily

It puts a decent amount of spin on, but the ball tends to fly off easily.
Close to the table especially, it might be a little tricky. But away from the table, it can really show its power.
If you're not good at ball control, I don't think this one suits you very well.
It might take a bit of time to get used to, but once you do, I think it feels pretty good. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I think this is just right as maybe the second rubber a beginner uses. If you really get the ball to sink in, both speed and spin come out nicely. You can also do flat hits. If you buy it without overthinking it, it's a rubber that gets comfortable surprisingly fast.

The feel is soft.
The ball releases a bit slowly.
A bit low on spin.
A bit fast on speed.
Easy to control.
A bit hard to block with.
Easy to both drive and chop with.
A stable-type rubber. Good value for money.
Good for beginner to intermediate players. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

As expected of Vega... a great rubber for the price.
A friend of mine was using it and let me try it.
First, the grip on the ball is great - even angling the blade down, the arc still rises upward, which already tells you a lot.You can feel the strength of the sheet, but the feel of the hit clearly lets you sense the ball sinking in.
I feel like it brings out the rubber's strengths more on a shakehand backhand or the reverse side of a penhold, but if you like a soft rubber, it might be worth trying on the forehand too.

Soft.
The speed, spin, and control on light hits are excellent. As a first tension rubber, I think you can't go wrong starting with this one.
If you want to level up from here, the next step would be Europe or Asia DF.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I'm using it now and I quite like it. Serves are pretty easy, and the opponent's balls are easy to handle too - control is really good. For me it's a super offensive rubber.
