I've been playing table tennis for 3 years. I've always used Vega Europe on my backhand.
It's a very easy rubber to handle, so I've kept using it.

This is a review from a chopper's perspective. Chopping is easy with it, but advanced players will probably find it lacking; for beginner-to-intermediate players or those looking to level up, I think it's fine to use, though there's not that much difference from Vega Europe. If there is one, it's that the sponge is a bit harder, giving it more rebound than Europe, so it's good for people who want to boost their attacking power. I'm a chopper myself, but I chose this rubber because I wanted a bit more attacking power.

The reverse-side rubber on the first racket I ever built from scratch.
Pretty soft. Blocking the opponent's hard hits is easy. Since it's soft, hitting it harder gives you a better ball. For reverse-side drives, it held onto the ball a bit too much for my liking and was hard to use.

Because it's soft, forehand chops are super stable. Also, the insane amount of spin makes the ball dip down. Drives are stable too. It's the best. For me, Vega Europe DF is a high-end rubber.

This is a backhand-oriented rubber
You can pull off most techniques competently with it,
but overall it lacks a finishing punch.

The first thing I noticed when I touched it was how soft it felt. I use it on my backhand, but when hitting speed drives, you really have to snap it hard to get any power out of it. That said, it was very stable to use. It gets a decent amount of spin. Serves felt different from usual and I couldn't get them working well, so I'm not too sure about those. Personally, I'd say it's maybe a bit too soft.

I've been using it for two years now, and what I've noticed is that it's soft and lets me place the ball where I want, and lobs and drives are easy. But since it doesn't have much speed, it's not super aggressive. I'd recommend it for intermediate players who prioritize spin and control.
