Drives, blocks, chiquitas - they all just land. I'd recommend this to anyone who wants stable, consistent shots above all else.

It's a lot softer than the regular Europe version. Because of that, I felt consistency, spin, and fine technique were easier to pull off with this one. But it's so soft that it lacks speed, so I felt it lacked punch at crucial moments. I think it's a backhand-oriented rubber. I think Europe on the forehand and this on the backhand (DF) works well. Serves get a lot of spin on them too.

Used on the reverse side of a Chinese-style penhold blade.
Reverse-side backhand drives are really easy to pull off.
I can land the chiquita almost every time now too.
It gets a ton of spin and I felt like it works well with any blade.
People say it doesn't last long, but mine didn't die for about a year and a half.

Since it's soft, I'd recommend it for the backhand or a beginner's forehand. This time I mainly used it on my backhand, and it's soft with good consistency. On the forehand you'll definitely lose power, so hitting with a light touch on the backhand gave decent results. But it's so soft that I feel like the Asia or normal Europe version produces better shots. Including the sponge softness, it feels similar to the "Elite." It's kind of an awkward fit within the Vega lineup. I think it's fine as a starter rubber for beginners.

I have it on my backhand and it's very easy to use. The speed is about average, but the ball comes off light, so it splits into a slow-building type and a quick-scoring type. If you hit backhand drives with topspin over the ball, they land well. The downside is it doesn't last long. Knuckle serves and stops are also easy with it.

Since it's paired with the blade it's on, it's decent.

You can pick your placement and aim for lots of different spots, so you can swing with confidence.
