This is a really well-balanced rubber.
It's less prone to knuckle (no-spin) balls than the plain version, but it's still easier to produce knuckle balls with than an average short pips rubber.
It's easy to put spin on, and easy to get knuckle balls too. Speed is decent as well.
If you're not going all-out attacking with your backhand, this rubber is plenty for a backhand short pips setup.
With the 5.0mm sponge, the ball can sometimes sit on the rubber a bit too long, so the plain version gets the edge there.If you're using a 7-ply blade like the Clipper Wood or SK7 Classic, this 2.1 sponge is a perfect match.

I use this for large-ball (rally) table tennis.
Compared to rubbers like Large Craft, Morist 44, Spin Magic, Uranus Pro, Naru Cross, and Super Kim, it feels a bit harder, but when I serve backspin, while it doesn't spin back quite as much, the ball bounces in the same spot on the second bounce, making it hard for opponents to attack. Even with chops, the ball doesn't carry forward much speed and just bounces in place, which I think makes it a good rubber for producing balls that are hard for opponents to attack. Drives and loops both produce a ball with a lot of curve, and I'm very satisfied with it.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

It's easy to control!
That said, I don't think you should expect much speed from it.

It's a rubber that's hard to get spin onto, but things like knuckle serves and pushes are really easy to do, and the short game is easy overall — I'd recommend it for players who value balance!

This is a very easy rubber to handle. I compared it to the Hammond FA I was using before:
[Spin]
Compared to the Hammond FA, the spin feels moderate. Also, knuckle balls might be a little harder to produce.
[Speed]
Slower than the Hammond FA, but more stable. Because of that, as long as you catch the ball properly, it'll stay on the table.
[Control]
As I mentioned above, it's stable and I think it's really good. Also, if you brush along the side of the ball properly, you get speed too.Everything above is just my comparison with the Hammond FA, so how it feels will vary from person to person. I think what matters is finding your own way of handling it and hitting with it.

I used this as my first rubber. (Forehand)
Personally I'd say the speed is about average.
The smash gets a good, moderate amount of speed.
As others have said too, the control is good because of the high stability - I think that's the key point.
Even a beginner like me could keep a rally going steadily.
The spin feels about what you'd expect from short pips (I guess?). Pushes don't have much bite, but they're easy to do.
It's a solid, no-frills short pips rubber, I'd say.
