I bought this as my second rubber. The first was a double-sided GTT. First of all, it has excellent control. Even if you hit it randomly, it stays in the base! And the sheet is a little harder, so it produces speed. I recommend the 2.0 sponge. However, the spin is a little less than the GTT. But the Vega is easier to apply. It doesn't bounce as much, so it's probably better paired with an outer racket or a high-flying plywood.
