This is very recommended for back.
I am not very confident in the back, and it exerts tremendous power on those who can not swing.

It is easy to control because the sponge is soft. I am sticking on both sides, but there is only V series and the speed performance is high. Rotation will also be applied. I think that it is OK to strengthen the speed by setting it to V47 if it becomes V42. People who feel that the amount of rotation is insufficient will recommend you to R series.
