Every technique is easy to pull off with this rubber.
Above all, countering is especially easy.
Also, you get a solid feel of grabbing the ball, so control is easy and you can play with fewer mistakes.
I especially recommend using it on the backhand.

First off, I'd say skip using it on the forehand. I won't go so far as to say this rubber is backhand-only, but I felt the amount of bounce is just right for the backhand. That said, in terms of spin, I think it could work on the forehand too. I often use the YG serve, and when I tried it with this rubber it curved surprisingly well. I was shocked that a rubber that looks like it would slip actually grips the ball so well for spin. But on the forehand, it really is tricky‼️ It bounces too much‼️ ...well, I guess it's something you get used to.
Recommended for anyone trying a spring sponge rubber for the first time.

Backhand drives and blocking are really easy to do. That said, on the backhand drive, if you don't consciously put spin on it you end up with mostly speed and the ball gets picked off easily, so I felt you need to make a point of adding spin. It's easy to place the ball where you want, so it's plenty effective even without much spin, but if you consciously add spin to bring out its real performance, you get really great shots going in.

Once you get the knack of it, forehand serves get a ton of spin! Smashing is easy and drives are stable, control is top-notch!
On the backhand, drives and smashes are easy to hit, and blocking is really easy too!
I think it's a rubber that can win you matches whether you're a beginner or an advanced player!

The topsheet is soft and springy, so the ball sinks in easily — even though it's rated medium hardness, it feels softer than that. Compared to G1, spin and speed are a bit lower, but since the ball sinks in so easily it's easier to control, and I find it easier to score off rallies with Rozena. It feels like it suits carbon blades better than all-wood blades, but it's still easy to handle on wood too.

Just like Butterfly says, this is a rubber meant to help you get stronger — control is excellent, and thanks to the spring sponge it really grips the ball and stays stable. That said, both spin and speed are still a step below Tenergy. But I think that's actually why it appeals to such a wide range of players. It's a rubber I can recommend to a broad range, from complete beginners to intermediate players. For beginners especially, it might be a good way to get a feel for putting spin on the ball.
