I'm using this on an outer-carbon Timo Boll Spirit blade.
I used to use a hard rubber, but as I've gotten older, really driving through the ball has gotten tough, so I switched to the well-reviewed Rozena max thickness lol
My review in one word: amazing! It's great across the board — smash, block, the short game, counter, topspin drive, all of it!
Especially with a flat hit, if you aim it where you want, it goes in with tremendous speed.
For intermediate players and up, this is a rubber you can compete with on both forehand and backhand, no complaints!
There are other budget alternatives if Tenergy is too pricey, but personally I think Rozena beats Tenergy!

Used the 1.9mm thickness on the backhand. Chiquita, topspin drives, blocks, pushes, and stops — every technique was easy to pull off with good balance. I'd been using Vega Europe for a long time, so it had been a while since I used a medium-hardness rubber, but it was very easy to use.

I test-hit a friend's. My first impression was that it's softer than Tenergy, and being medium hardness, it was surprisingly easy to use. Medium hardness is said to make all kinds of techniques easier to pull off, since it's neither too hard nor too soft. The Tenergy 05 I'm currently using has densely packed pips on the topsheet, so it's hard to sink the ball in, and since I have it on a carbon blade, it was hard for me to get the ball to sink in with my own power. But Rozena's pip shape is somewhere between the 64 and 80, so the ball sinks in nicely, and combined with the spring sponge, it's incredibly easy to control, letting me freely adjust spin and speed. I guess Tenergy 05 really was too much for me at this stage. I'll switch to Tenergy 05 once I build up more skill and power.

I used to have an all-wood blade, but this time I put it on an outer-carbon blade.
After hitting with it, my honest reaction was: this is amazing!!
Since the blade has carbon in the outer layer, I figured it might fly too much, but instead the speed went up while the control stayed just as good.

I put it on my forehand. I started using Rozena about six months after taking up table tennis, and it's a fantastic rubber that lets me play stable blocks and smashes alike.

I've been playing table tennis for about half a year, and I found it easy to control.
Partly because I was using the thick version, pushes and the like sometimes flew past the table a bit — it really bounces well.

I switched from Tenergy 64FX for backhand use.
It can do just about anything, and it's stable. Since I switched from a 64, the speed is obviously noticeably lower, but it's still more than enough. For backhand receives, I mostly go with a full topspin drive or a chiquita, and especially with chiquita, the ball lands on the table much more often now. (Of course, part of that is just my own lack of skill with the 64.) It feels a little short on initial speed for close-to-the-table quick attacks on the backhand, but I think it suits a topspin drive player who relies heavily on drives and chiquitas. Honestly, I feel like this might be it for my backhand.
The price also seems to be gradually coming down, so I think it's great for anyone attacking with backhand drives, or anyone who wants a rubber that can handle everything on the forehand.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
