It is a terribly good rubber. It rotates well and hangs well. The synergistic effect of a slightly sticky topsheet and spring sponge draws a good archwire. For those who are new to the tension system, I think that it is better to stick rubber primer for tension such as extensions, because it is a little bit too momentary. The easiest thing to do is to hit it with a downward rotation, and it got in after it hit. Moreover, it was a rubber which made it cheap to spin and attached to the feeling of spinning.
Saab felt easy to apply because the sponge would dig into it.I used V15extra before, but because the sponge was too hard it made it a little soft and rosena.
I think this rubber can be used at any level from beginner to advanced level.
