      The bounce has increased compared to Hurricane Neo3.
      Apparently it uses Active Charge sponge technology.
      The performance is about on par with Hurricane blue sponge,
      so considering the price, it might be worth switching over to this one.

      People of the Kyoto Leopard (Experience: ２〜３ years) Flies much farther compared to previous Hurricanes

      Among Hurricane rubbers, this one really flies. It's about on par with NEO3. What's great about this rubber is the balance between spin and speed. For drives and other attacking techniques especially, it kept the same kind of Hurricane "carry" as before while still producing a lot of speed. The short game was also much easier compared to a normal tension rubber. That said, the feel just didn't suit me. Apart from that, I'd give this rubber 95 points.

      Grain dislike (Experience: ６〜１０ years) An extreme spin rubber

      It's basically a harder version of Tenergy 05.
      The feel is hard, similar to Hurricane (blue sponge),
      and I thought it was good. If you're after more spin, I think Spinart is a better choice than Tenergy.

      I was curious, so I bought it along with Pro 3.
      The sheet is basically identical to Pro 3! Really tacky.
      Compared to Neo 3, the bounce felt about the same to me.
      That said, when I hit a drive at full power, the spin was insane and my practice partner couldn't return it lol
      It feels like Hurricane has become more accessible to everyone, but without a certain level of skill it just turns into a knuckleball.
      Personally I prefer Neo 3.
