      This rubber is similar to Tenergy — you need power behind your shots to get good spin and speed... Overall it suits spin players and attackers well... and since it's cheaper than Tenergy, the XIOM Omega 7 Pro makes a good alternative.

      XIOM devotee (Experience: ４〜５ years) Recommended for backhand

      Used on the backhand. The sponge is listed at 47.5 hardness, but it plays softer and is easier to handle than the number suggests. It's really easy to meet the ball with, and when you flick it you get a sharp, metallic clack. Serves have a lot of bounce, so it felt a bit tricky until I got used to it. This is a rubber I'd recommend for anyone who wants to overwhelm opponents not just with spin, but with speed too!

      It's tackier than Tenergy, so chiquitas feel really good. It's easy to control, and blocking and backhand counters are excellent. On the forehand, the arc this rubber produces is a bit too low for me, but overall it's a very solid, reliable rubber.

      Everything about this is great
      I use it on my backhand, and unlike Tenergy the ball comes out on a flatter trajectory
      so it flies well but I had few overshoot misses.
      Also, I used to have Hurricane on my backhand before, so switching from that,
      I was a little worried
      that control might be difficult, but not at all!
      Might be down to how well it matches my blade, but I can hit exactly where I'm aiming (lol)
      It's a bit pricey, but I think I'll be relying on this one going forward.
      Sorry for the long post.

      When driving, the ball releases at just the right timing so I get good drives, and there's plenty of bounce too. On top of that, control on blocks and the like was easy too. I like how easy it is to block, so I'm using it on my backhand.

      Chinese penhold, backhand side, red, MAX thickness.
      Hardness 47.5. I thought it might be hard for a backhand rubber, but I trusted the description saying the top sheet was made a bit softer for easier use, and gave it a try.

      It grips for spin, it gives speed, and the control is outstanding.
      Even though it's a penhold, it has enough speed that you can back away from the table and still hit with the backhand side. Easy to drive with. And it's great for blocks and counters too.
      This rubber is basically made for the backhand.
      The lifespan is around 4 months, I'd say. In my case I didn't use my penhold backhand side that much, so it lasted about six months.
