Short pimples to produce speed knuckle balls. Pimples are short, but thin and located on a wide distance one from another. This produces unpredictable balls for the opponent. Made in Japan.
- Short pimples
- Easy to create variations in topspin and cut shots
- Allows for bump balls and attacking shots
- Stable cutting performance like pimple rubber
- Affordable with good value for practice
- Effectiveness decreases as opponents adapt

When it first came out, I won a sample and tried it. At first I wasn't used to it and my opponents seemed to struggle with it too, but after a while, once I got used to it, my opponents got used to it as well - it was easy for me to use, but apparently just as easy for them. The variation isn't anything amazing either, so in the end I got targeted and picked apart a lot. By the way, I'm not a chopper, so I don't use it for chopping - this is purely about attacking, blocking, and pushing.
My takeaway: if it's easy for you to use, maybe it's just as easy for your opponent too.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Soft

I use the thin version on my backhand. The variation in chop spin isn't that wide, so opponents might not find it particularly nasty, but it lets you hang in there and grind out points. Pushes felt easy to vary between heavy and no-spin. Even though it's a variation-type rubber, it's still short pips, so knuckle blocks and attacking shots are possible too. Best of all, it's cheap, so if you make a lot of mistakes, I think it's worth trying.

It's easy to vary the amount of backspin on pushes and chops, and it's easy to produce knuckle balls too.
Compared to Mini One, it's easier to use for faster attacking shots - overall a very manageable rubber. All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little soft

Yutchi @ cut For chopping with Attack 8

It feels like Attack 8 but tuned for chopping! I borrowed a friend's this time to try it, and the feel was really good. I'm thinking of buying my own and trying it on different blades. It's surprising how stable the chops are, just like with long pips - the bite and spin-reversal aren't that high, but it's an easy-to-use long pips rubber where you can generate your own spin and add variation. It's strange that it's not more popular lol. If you're a chopper, this is definitely a rubber worth trying at least once!
