I used this quite a while back.
TSP's Swat sells really well, but I'd recommend this one too.
The weight felt just right, and maybe because of the balance point, it was easy to swing through.
The top ply is a hard foreign wood, so it has speed, but it doesn't fly too far, so it's easy to handle and has good control.
Back then it was my favorite blade, so I tried all kinds of rubbers on it, and it got along well with every single one.
All in all, it offers great value for the price and high performance, so I'm thinking about buying it again.
I'm torn between this and the Swat — this one's a bit more expensive, but since it's made in Hungary and has the Reflex System, I think this one's better.
If you're considering buying the Swat, give this one a look too.

It's a thin-bladed racket, but it kicks the ball back quite a bit. Especially when you hit hard, there's a sense of it flexing and then springing the ball back out. If you can relax and swing sharply without wasted force, I think you get a good ball out of it. Between the lightness of the blade, the strength of the kick, and the peculiar lack of feedback from the Reflex System, I sometimes get anxious that my shots might be lacking weight. I don't feel this is a blade you win with through heavy topspin drives. When I tried to hit power drives, they weren't very stable given my skill level. I think it suits a style of scoring through fast pace and sharp ball speed rather than raw weight. Somewhere I didn't expect, the lob control was surprisingly good. Even though I'm not great at lobbing, I had a real sense of being able to control the height and depth. I feel there's potential for it to get even better if paired with a slightly softer rubber. Next I'm thinking of trying it with Rigan Spin.

I bought this as my first blade when I joined the school table tennis club.
First off, it's scarily light. (166g total with max-thickness rubber on both forehand and backhand)
Because it's light, I think it's great for players without much power or players who want more speed.
It's also easy to handle and works well with both tacky and tension rubbers, so I think it's a fine choice as a first blade.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

Even though the feel is hard, there's still a sense of holding the ball. When you bounce it, it makes a sharp, high-pitched sound, which gave me the impression it would release the ball fast, but actually it holds the ball well and is easy to control. On flat hits like shorts and counters, you can really feel how quickly it releases the ball. It's a strange blade where good ball-holding and quick release coexist. I guess this is the effect of the Reflex 50 system.
As for the top ply, it's hard, and as a long-pips player I found it easy to create variation. It resonates more than a carbon blade, but doesn't fly too much, so I think it's also great for an unorthodox offensive/defensive style. Overall it feels like a blade that can do just about anything.
I don't think it'll suit people who like the feel of the Kasumi Basic, Korbel, or STIGA's 5-ply wood blades.
If you find carbon blades fly too much and feel too hard, definitely give this a try.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

It pairs very poorly with smooth/matte-type glues - it's hard to get the rubber to stick.
I think this is because the top ply is hard and, on top of that, it's coated, so the surface has no friction, making it hard to bond. If you rub the surface of this blade once or twice with coarse sandpaper when it's brand new, it becomes much easier to glue.This is a Hungarian-made classic blade released more than 10 years ago. There's a rubber sheet inserted halfway between the grip material and the wood. The sibling blade that has this throughout - the Offensive Reflex System - seems to be discontinued now. That's a shame.
True to a European-made blade, it has flex and hardness, and it suits both tacky and tension rubbers. A lot of people have used it for years. It has good bounce, but even beginners can manage it. For beginners, I'd recommend a rubber that dampens the bounce a bit, since tension rubbers would make it fly too much.This is the classic blade that made TSP's name. Sorry for the long review.

It's thin overall and flexes nicely, so it's easy to generate spin, and it brings stability to every technique.
It's not heavy either, so even with a rubber that feels like it flies, you can still swing hard through it.

I use Hurricane Pro 3 Turbo Orange on the forehand
and Tenergy 05 on the backhand.Even with a tacky rubber, there's plenty of bounce, so meet shots, loops, and fast topspin drives all come out easily. You can produce powerful shots even from mid-distance.
As for loops, there's enough spin to blow the ball past a block (it's great at drawing over-the-table misses).
You can also attack straight off the receive with chiquitas and flicks.
Service aces happen a lot - I got 8 in a single set (in the third round of a cadet tournament).I'd recommend this to players who mix things up with heavy-spin balls and knuckle (no-spin) balls, and fast and slow shots.
