Devil (Experience: 2〜3 years) A rubber for both cutting and attacking

Both chops and topspin drives get a ton of spin❗
It's easy on the wallet too, a great rubber❗
The speed is decent as well
I think you don't have to be a chopper to use it❗
I have it on my backhand, but I think it'd work on the forehand too❗
The one drawback might be that it's pretty susceptible to your opponent's spin, that's about it?
But topspin drives, chops, blocks — all of them are easy to pull off❗ I'd say it's a pretty solid recommendation for all-round players too~
Also, pushes bite really well too‼
If you can't decide on an inverted rubber, whether you're a chopper, a looper, or an all-rounder, I don't think you'll regret picking this one❗All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Chopping makes a nice crack sound, and you get stable, consistent returns.
It has very little bounce, so it's also easy to put sidespin on your chops.
For attacking, maybe because I'm using the MAX thickness, even though my blade is the Matsushita Koji Defensive, I still get a good amount of speed.
Even flipping over for backhand shots, the high grip on the ball lets me hit sharp shots.
Just my personal impression, but it feels like a rubber that boosts the VS401's attacking power while dialing back its defensive power a little.
For this price, the performance is really great value for money.
If you're interested, definitely give it a try.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Ikuya Tokuya (Experience: 4〜5 years) A double-edged sword

A coach I know was using this, so I borrowed it and gave it a try. Chops bite in well, but if you don't change things up on the backhand by around the fifth ball, they tend to go long quite a bit. Knuckle chops were easy to produce even with a hard sponge. The issue is with topspin drives... they grip like crazy. And since it's a tacky tension rubber, it still had decent speed. Hitting from close to the table was pretty tough. But from mid-to-far from the table, the ball went in smoothly. Serve and receive were no problem, so overall I'd say this is for advanced players.
