I've been playing table tennis for two years and I'm a non-traditional shakehand (high-grain rubber). I've been using this rubber since I started, and I wasn't winning much when using both, so my coach told me to try switching to the recommended high-grain rubber. I did, and I won a ton (seriously). I use the high-grain rubber to confuse my opponent(?), and smash the strange balls that come my way. This rubber really works. If you're not sure which one to use, try this one.
