The sponge hardness is listed as 55, but when I actually hit with it, it didn't feel all that hard.
Every technique felt just as good as with Tenergy.The stability on counters is the best of any rubber I've used.
Short balls over the table stop dead too, so if you can't afford Tenergy or Dignics,
I'd recommend this rubber without hesitation.*Please keep in mind this is just my personal opinion.

54g in weight! Used on my backhand.
Key points
1. Over the table, stops, pushes, and chiquitas really do settle down like with a tacky rubber!
2. In rallies, it's fast with the quick ball-release and flat trajectory typical of the Omega 7 series!
3. Blocks, counters, connecting shots, and fish shots are all barely any harder to do!
The sheet isn't tacky, but you can definitely use it in a tacky-rubber kind of way — I'd call it a tacky-leaning tension rubber rather than a spin-leaning one.
You get shots with more speed than a tacky rubber, but compared to the 7 Tour, the ball tended to land a bit shorter for me.
That's probably just my own lack of backhand skill though.
It's not that there's no spin — both the chiquita and backhand drive come off with a spinning trajectory — but it does lose out when compared to Dig 05.
It's heavy, so I felt the 7 Tour suits the backhand better.
If you want something easier to handle than Tenergy and prioritize rallying, I think the Omega 7 series is a really solid choice!All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I use it on my forehand. It feels like a hybrid of tacky and tension rubber. It doesn't produce any tricky spin variations, but your shots stay stable. The short game is very easy to handle. Drives don't have much speed, but it's easy to put spin on the ball and easy to control.

For a spin-oriented tension rubber, it does get decent spin, but it's a shame that even brushing it hard, the spin still falls short compared to Hurricane, despite being this hard. I compared it to the Hurricane I normally use, but in terms of spin it just can't beat Hurricane. The speed is decent, and when you swing all the way through you get a good ball. If you just meet the ball without committing, it drops into the net, so it takes quite a bit of power.

This rubber feels like it combines the properties of a tacky rubber and a tension rubber. The manufacturer lists it as a tension rubber, but honestly, if it's a tension rubber aiming for a tacky feel, wouldn't it make more sense to just make it a tacky-tension rubber? In that sense, I felt this rubber's reason for existing is a bit weak. If I were going to buy this, I'd rather spend a little more and get a Dignics 09C — both for longevity and weight.

After using Tenergy 05 for years, I switched to Omega 7 Tour for six months, then moved to Hyper. Using it on forehand, max thickness.
The feel isn't as hard as the hardness rating suggests — it's closer to a tension rubber than a tacky one, so it was easy to handle. It's a rubber with excellent control, more of a "manual" rubber than an "automatic" one — it basically flies with a solid arc, but if you swing flat you can hit it flatter and more direct than with the 05.
The short game also feels great: stops are easy of course, but flicks and pushes down the line are very stable, and if you swing through it lands on the table.
Overall it's high-spec with no technique that feels awkward. I won't go into detail, but because the sponge is hard, serves and counters are also easy. If I had to name a downside, it'd be the weight. I think it's worth trying for anyone who feels the 05 is a bit too soft to put the ball away, or who finds the 7 Tour's arc too flat and hard to handle.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

The trajectory is flat and straight. Stops and pushes die short like a tacky rubber. The downside is that the rubber is heavy.
