As the title says, this is a slightly stiffer version of the Innerforce ALC. Compared to the Innerforce ALC it's easier to get distance and power out of it. I found it pairs really well with Dignics 09C and Tenergy 19. If you get a solid impact on the ball you can hit some really nice shots. I'd recommend it to anyone who finds the Timo Boll too stiff but the Innerforce ALC too soft, or to players who prioritize spin.

Despite being an inner-filament racket, it bounces like an outer-filament racket. However, it also generates good spin, making it a well-balanced racket that combines spin and power. However, because the blade is thick and a little large, I felt its weight when changing direction. I tried Dignics 09c on the forehand and Dignics 05 on the backhand, but I felt that using Dignics 05 on both sides and hitting the ball a little further forward brought out the best in the racket rather than using 09c on the forehand. Recommended for inner-filament ALC players who want power and have the strength to swing through.

My impression is that "somewhere between outer and inner" describes this blade well.
First, on soft hits it grips the ball firmly. You can feel a bit of that same ball-holding on drives from mid or far from the table too, though I'd say other inner blades hold the ball even better.
That said, because the blade is thick, when you swing through fully it produces speed and spin that surpass an outer blade.
It also bounces more than other inner blades, so despite being an inner blade it pairs excellently with tacky rubbers like 09C.
Aside from control, it's a flawless 10 out of 10, but I did find the control a bit tricky.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

My impression is that this blade sits between an inner and an outer.
For spin-based techniques, being an inner blade at heart, it's quite stable.
For speed-based techniques, the ALC shows its face and makes speed shots easy.
Also, the grip is thick, so it suits players with larger hands.
As for rubber, since the blade tends to send the ball out fairly flat, I'd recommend a rubber that arcs the ball upward more.Overall Speed Spin Control Touch Hardness little hard

I moved over from an outer blade.
With an outer blade the ball would sometimes fly off unexpectedly, so I switched to the Ovtcharov.
My personal impression is that it feels like a plywood blade to hit with, but you can definitely feel the carbon in the bounce. It doesn't have that hollow "pok-pok" feel of a plywood blade — there's a solid core, yet it still feels soft and satisfying when you really hit it.
Here's a summary of the strengths:
1) The short game is easier than I expected
2) Since the blade is thick, it doesn't get overpowered by your opponent's power!
3) Very little power loss
4) Being an inner blade, it takes spin really well
Those are the strengths as I see them.

I think this is a balanced blade that can put spin on the ball while still generating speed, but it leans more toward power within that balance.
On drives and smashes you can really send the ball flying, while stops and pushes still feel completely natural.
That said, probably because it's thicker than Butterfly's other inner ALC blades, I felt the ball leaves the racket a bit quickly, especially on hard hits.
When I didn't have enough time to set up during a match, the ball would fly off before I could get spin on it, and my overshooting misses increased.
Because of that, I think this blade is best handled by players who can already put solid spin on the ball themselves and want more speed on top of that — for students, I'd say roughly top-of-prefectural-tournament level and above.
The grip is a bit on the thick side, which keeps the blade face from wobbling and made backhand-type techniques easier for me.
