I'd always had Provincial Hurricane Neo3 blue sponge on my Fan Zhendong blade, but I switched to this rubber chasing more bounce.
The spec of the rubber itself is top-notch, but the weight and hardness are the sticking points.
So for someone like me who plays with an outer-style grip, I think even the thick version is totally manageable.
The topsheet is strong and makes countering really easy, but on the flip side, it's sensitive to incoming spin on receive, and if you try to receive with a Hurricane-style read, I feel like you end up missing a lot.
Also, the lifespan is naturally longer than a tension rubber, but I'd say it's on the shorter side for a tacky rubber.
It's got a fair bit of a learning curve, but once you get used to it and can really swing through it, I think this rubber's true value comes out.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Chopping
Amazing.
The hard sponge gives a low trajectory, while the soft topsheet adds spin and arc.
Even a deep chop still lands on the table.
Topspin drives in topspin rallies
In topspin rallies, it goes in whether you swing up or forward - it just keeps going in.
Countering is easy too, but unlike rallying, if you don't consciously close the racket angle, everything sails long.
Might be a distance-from-the-table thing.
Drives against backspin
It won't lift backspin balls for you automatically, so it's tough going.
Swing fast and it goes up fine, but swing slow and it goes straight into the net.
Real men swing full power, always!

Decent.
Not as good as Chinese rubber in this regard.
It's not very sensitive to incoming spin, which makes it easy to receive - a plus.
A manual, old-school rubber that goes against current trends.
Swing full power and drill it in!
Recommended for meatheads.A rubber that can both chop and attack. It'll back up choppers on both offense and defense.
If you can go full swing on everything, it's the strongest option, but for normal play, Tenergy is probably stronger.

First off, when I did some forehand hitting practice, I overshot on literally the first ball - that's how much lift this rubber gives. The power on topspin drives is insane. It's also fun how the ball curves slightly as it goes in. My blocking opponent kept catching the ball on the edge of the racket. That said, for a tacky rubber, it didn't suddenly throw knuckleballs - I think the power more than makes up for that. Next, the short game: my stops landed dead on the table and surprised my opponent too. Both pushes and stops bite really well. With a normal tension rubber, a stop sometimes ends up flying off the table, but with this rubber, even balls that look like they're about to fly off suddenly brake hard and stay on the table. It leaves opponents frustrated - even when they load up their backswing, the ball won't come off the table far enough for them to drive it. The chiquita goes in regardless of the opponent's spin, even with a flat, horizontal swing. It is quite heavy though, so you need power to handle it.

First off, this rubber takes a while to get used to.
But once you get the hang of it, you can hit some amazing shots.
That said, since this rubber is already pretty pricey, I feel like the break-in period is kind of a waste~ Then again, I guess that's balanced out by it lasting longer too.
You can't expect it to perform right out of the gate.
Of course, it's heavy, so I'd only recommend it to power hitters.
For power hitters who are willing to take the time to break it in, this one's recommended.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

I used this on a single-sided Japanese-style penhold blade. I bought it out of curiosity about the 60-degree hardness rating.
Since I'm a working adult and don't get to practice as often anymore, I couldn't really make full use of that brutal 60-degree hardness, and honestly I wasn't even sure what was causing all my mistakes lol
With other rubbers, you can hit reasonably consistently even without much practice, but with this rubber I felt that unless you have a solid practice environment and can put in hard daily practice time, you won't be able to bring out its performance consistently.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

South Korean national team player Jeon Yong-sik has been using this since 2022, so I switched too. Compared to Chinese rubbers, it's easier to use and has good speed.

I'd sworn I'd never touch tacky rubber again. This one might actually suit people coming from tension rubbers better. With tacky rubbers up to now, I could never get speed out of them, but this one is completely different from the tacky rubbers of the past.
Insane spin combined with monster-level speed makes this a really satisfying rubber. And it's tough too — you can smack the ball hard and it's fine.
