I normally use Provincial Hurricane Blue Sponge 39°, but I got curious so I bought this.
I'll say this up front: I can't really recommend it that much.
It's easy to use and easy to control, but for how tacky it is, I don't think the tackiness actually does much for you.
It's the type of rubber with a hard sponge and a soft sheet, so hitting it hard doesn't really produce a good ball — you actually get better results from using the sheet alone.A quick comparison with Provincial Hurricane 39°

When it's new, it's sticky and tacky, and your serve and receive skills improve, but during the rainy season or after using it for close to a year, the tackiness wears off and it gets harder to use.
Still, if you're going to use a tacky rubber for the first time, I think this is a good place to start. I feel that working out how to handle the tackiness makes you think it through and helps your skills improve.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard

Super sticky/tacky. Doesn't fly. (= easy to block and play the short game with). Pushes bite hard and you can chop with it too. Loop drives get plenty of spin too. You can also just meet the ball flat. A bit tricky to use though.

Speed was great too.

The ball-holding feel was better than I expected.
Easy to hold back hard hits, and it spins a ton. Pretty much ideal.

Easy to serve short + gets spin on it

First off, the tackiness is just right so it's easy to use, and it bounces more than expected so you can use it with confidence
Especially because of the tackiness, drives are easy and there's no worry about your shot dying against backspin
Even as someone using a tacky rubber for the first time, I had no trouble using it at all.
(This time I used it on my forehand.)
Pushes are easy too, and honestly everything goes in
Honestly, it's good enough to rival Dignics and it's easy to use, and it bounces more than expected so you can use it with confidence

1. Way easier to use compared to Hurricane!
2. Pushes bite nicely and chiquita is super stable!
3. A rubber where you open the racket face and snap the ball while really cranking in the spin
It's a tacky tension rubber, and it's a bit behind Hurricane in raw spin performance and quirkiness, but I felt it's easier to handle and easier to get speed out of.

My first impressions were "lighter than I expected," "the ball sticks to it in a fun way," and "the metallic sound is amazing."
Serves are easy to put spin on, and receiving and the short game in general are easy to handle, so I can take the initiative and I've been making fewer careless mistakes.
Blocks stop the ball well, and blocks with a bit of extension come back almost like counters into the opponent's court.
It's hard to produce really fast shots, but curve drives and shoot drives make opponents swing and miss completely, so it's plenty usable even with an intermediate player's swing.
A full swing sends out a sharp, fast trajectory that really digs in, but the one downside is durability... if you can get past that, it's a perfect score.All Speed Spin Control Hardness Little hard
