When it's new, it's sticky and tacky, and your serve and receive skills improve, but during the rainy season or after using it for close to a year, the tackiness wears off and it gets harder to use.
Still, if you're going to use a tacky rubber for the first time, I think this is a good place to start. I feel that working out how to handle the tackiness makes you think it through and helps your skills improve.Overall Speed Spin Control Hardness Hard
