      I used the 2.0mm on my backhand
      The sponge hardness is 45 degrees, so it's easy to control. Also, because it has Energy Cell built in, I feel like it has more speed and spin than a typical 45-degree rubber. That said, it's a bit pricier and its lifespan is relatively short. I wouldn't really recommend it to people who prioritize value for money.

      I'd been using R48 and V47 before switching to R45.
      Probably because the sponge is softer, control has gone up. Of course it still has that distinct Rasanter quirkiness, but compared to the other rubbers in the series, that quirkiness has dropped dramatically.
      I thought, this is great!
      Since it has Energy Cell built in, it flies well while still keeping control (I used the 2.0 thickness, by the way).
      It's an all-rounder rubber — let the ball sink in and you get tons of spin, or snap it and you get super-fast shots!
      I think it's the perfect entry point into Rasanter, especially the Energy Cell rubbers!

      I think this is a really good rubber among the 45-degree ones.
      That said, the max spin you can generate on drives against underspin is a bit low, so you get countered a lot. It's a great recommendation for people who are good at steering the game into topspin rallies.

      I've been using this on an all-wood blade (Fortius FTRE)
      and a composite blade (Solid Pro),
      among others, over a long period.

      ・Feel On the softer side, as you'd expect from a 45-degree hardness

      ・Bounce For a 45-degree rubber, I'd put it in the bouncier category.
      e.g. R45＞Rozena, Q1

      ・Spin If you let the ball sink in a little as you hit, you get a satisfying metallic "clack" sound, and the trajectory is a bit flat but still draws an arc and lands on the table.
      The amount of spin is more than enough.

      ・Meet-hitting It's easy to sink the ball in and hit flat, and counter-smashing is very easy

      ・Defensive technique Blocks and the like land well without flying out too much

      Overall, it's a very well-balanced rubber across spinning, snapping the ball back, and stopping it.
      I don't think it suits players who brush the ball to generate spin.

      Used on my backhand, switching over from R48
      Most rubbers on the market are 47.5 degrees or 42.5 degrees, so 45-degree rubbers are actually pretty rare, and this one holds the position of being the highest-performing among them
      It's a balanced rubber rather than a specialized one, so I'd recommend it on the forehand for people who lean toward stability, and on the backhand it seems to suit pretty much any playing style

      It's very easy to use and excellent. It feels like an upgraded version of the classic beginner-to-intermediate rubbers like Rozena, Raygun, and Rakza. If you're using one of those and trying to graduate from beginner level, I'd love for you to give this a try.
